Adjika is a spicy seasoning made from red pepper grated with garlic, coriander, utskho-suneli, hops-suneli and salt. Adjika is eaten with meat and poultry, and even just with bread. The most spicy adjika is Megrelian. It contains a lot of hot pepper, salt, garlic and spices. Adjika can be stored in the refrigerator for several months.
