Elk is very well combined with all cereals and vegetables (especially with potatoes and beets). This is a true gourmet product. Meat obtained in late autumn is considered softer and has a less fibrous structure. During stewing, various roots, spices, spices and lard are added to the moosecake. The taste of elk stew is special, it only remotely resembles beef. The product contains a lot of useful substances: calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium, various vitamins of group B and PP.
